Anxiety Issues
Everyone experiences some level of anxiety at some point in their lives, due to situations in their lives; it is a normal human experience that is meant as a survival mechanism that allows people to protect themselves. However, when the anxiety symptoms feel frequent, intrusive, out of control, and cause the individual to feel overwhelmed, and it interferes with a person’s daily life functioning, then the person will benefit from therapy and medical care for their anxiety symptoms and concerns.
Symptoms of Anxiety:
Obtrusive, obsessive, worried thoughts, and behaviors, difficulty concentrating, restlessness, irritability, frustration, and despair. Physical symptoms may include feeling tense, trembling, sweating, a racing heartbeat, nausea, and difficulty breathing and panic attacks. Anxiety can also cause symptoms of headaches, difficulty sleeping, digestive problems, and lightheadedness.
