Grief and Loss



Clients may experience grief and loss due the death of a loved one or pet, intense changes in their lives, and other circumstance that create struggles and emotional pain. People grief in different way in different stages. There is no right or wrong way to grieve. However, the grief from a loss can cause an individual to feel stuck and lost in their suffering and at times can lead to trauma.


A client can benefit from therapy as a place for support, understanding, and place to problem solve ways to move heal from their loss.
